Psst.... read her preferences...

Shows a slight bias toward dogs over bitches. Not very political. Moderate level of breed bias. Thinks a dog needs to earn its championship before it should even be considered for best of breed.

Ch bias pretty much outweighs everything else.

SOP is not the deciding factor and a SOP of just .15 under the normal really won't make or break. I've had dogs that are "good showers" and consistently beat out much better SOP dogs even though they are under .3-.5 under current top SOP.
The conditioning does make you raise an eyebrow but with that Ch preference agree with Barstar it does make some sense.
