Not totally true.. retired judges have entered the pool so everyone on that list is technically in play.

What Comet said, all the old judges seem to be in play again, if you look at the show schedule you'll see there are plenty of judges.

I meant that there were only 8 judges in the current judges pool. Eventually I guess that the retired judges will become the only judges pool -- when we run out of current judges.

It takes so much longer to enter shows now, not sure if I can keep up much longer. I liked the odd old judge popping up, but several a day means it's really hard to special a dog.
I love this game but it's getting too random.

Totally agree. I used to have a spreadsheet and I would enter dogs under judges who liked their traits. Now I just enter wherever there is space to get the best handler, regardless of traits. It would take way to long to upgrade the spreadsheet for all the judges and it would be a full time job to enter 14 or 15 different breeds every day. Very sad.

Sad? I'm enjoying this very much and hope this bug (out of a lot of them) doesn't get fixed.

You guys want to go back to having 8 judges total? No thanks, especially if Jeff won't figure out how to add and remove judges properly without bugs at the end of the month.

Also if you have a good dog, it should not be hard to special it. I currently have a boy going BOB under everyone and this has been my experience on this game for years.

Why I think it's sad is that now I enter haphazardly instead of putting thought into it. I used to study the traits and the judges, etc. Now it's pretty much impossible to do that. That is what I think is sad, that to me much of the strategy and planning is gone (at least for me). I am still entering many dogs in many shows every day. And no, I would not want to just have 8 judges, absolutely not.

I get it; something is lost in the gameplay as it is harder to evaluate what the judges are looking for and enter the best dogs. And I dont disagree at all. All I am saying is that right now the site administrator is negligent and until he can get the real judges list straighted out, I think I prefer this :/

Did you know?
The sit for exam is a modified version of the Stand for Exam. It is generally used in novice level classes and requires the handler to order the dog to sit and then to move away from the dog the length of the leash. The judge will then approach the dog and pet the dog's head.
