King of Dreams x Faerie Dancing litter, total of 5 pups, 3 useful to good, and 2 FH

Not what I hoped for, lost yet another 95+ prospect to low SS (-95.05):
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13782481

This bitch is only 94.90 -- but has nice FQ/Size/Gait/TNB combo, worth keeping for breeding -- showing, not sure.
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13782481

And a not bad male at 94.95, if anyone wants him, let me know, I don't think I will hang onto him.
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13782480

Question is, should I repeat the mating, trait wise you would think it could produce better, the COI is 6.46%.

Aussiewolfsister, I would definitely show that girl if I were you; according to my formula her potential is exceptional. She is 10.5 .6 over the average of 9.9 for the breed. The boy is also nice as he is graded 10.3. That would make his potential rate excellent, both would be easy to finish. The girl has campaign potential. I'm just really bored so I decided to randomly run these numbers for you, but hope it helps anyway. razz :p

Woops put the wrong link in - the 94.90 girl with the lovely FQ/Size/Gait/TNB is:

www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13782482

Many thanks for your evaluation mystery poster, but I am not sure which bitch you mean as I had the same link on both the low SS (-95.05) and the 94.90 girl.
I presume you mean the low SS girl.

Ooops sorry I meant the 94.9% girl, I didn't even run the low SS girl, but I can if you want.

I noticed the link went to the wrong pup and went to your kennel to find the right pup myself.

So yeah that 94.9% girl is amazing. happy :)

Thanks for confirming, yes I do think the 94.90 girl is the best of the litter, I just didn't realise her potential until you pointed it out.
She and her brother have now joined the sessioning kennel.

If you have time to evaluate the other I would be grateful, but I think the SS being down to 19.2 still makes her task that bit harder (then I could be well wrong also). happy :)

I do think I will chance a repeat mating, not something I normally do.

I would do a repeat. I had a Wolfhond a few years ago with a low SS I wanna say right around 19 and he finished quickly, GCH and was number 1 IW for a few months. I was shocked. His traits made up for it.

Might be the case for this girl! She is a nice pup.

Okay so the low showshine girl rates a 10.4 .1 below your other girl. That would make her potential exceptional, but an additional .2 must be subtracted to account for the showshine being below 19.5 but above 19. That makes her adjust to 10.2 causing her to fall a grade to excellent. So still worth showing, but shouldn't do as well as the other two. However, hidden factors can always skew things, but these calculations have proven to be quite accurate.

As it comes down to available sessions, she will go in as brood bitch puppy, maybe to be sessioned later when I have some left over.

Spyte, I have this dog with 9.2 feet. He won't be old enough to breed for a couple weeks www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13746554

This bitch with 9.1 feet that I might consider selling.
www.showdog.com/dog.aspx?id=13660709

I have a 9.2 bitch as well that I may consider selling after I breed her again.

Another brag, just got a 95.30 bitch! Yay! I also have a 94.85 up for sale, and a few other 94's that would be decent for breeding. One has low SS....so that might be a no go.

No problem always glad to help.

Also, my offer still stands all. You guys can feel free to have me evaluate any dogs you want to know more about their potential for you. Gives me something to do, even though it only takes a moment.

Did you know?
Since its centenary year in 1991, Crufts has officially been recognised as the world's largest and most prestigious dog show by the Guinness Book of Records, with a total of 22,973 dogs being exhibited that year.
