Interstellar is up to 8 champions sired! I have one bitch that I hope to finish left - is anyone else campaigning any of his offspring? I may have to breed to him again to hopefully gain that last champion...

happy :)

Spyte -- I will be first in the queue when he is at stud happy :)

Thanks Analeyn. I FH'd my entire last litter (had high hopes for it -- didn't pan out) *lol*. I have 4 more litters due later this weekend, will see how they go. Think I will have to pull at least two of my higher bitches out of showing permanently, for breeding purposes. Have to admit my breeding program for Buhunds is doing much better happy :)

Have put a new boy up to stud duties, not strong in size and FQ, but has a not to bad HQ, gait,TNB,Feet combo.

Analeyn, I have a 94.95 Interstellar bitch that I will try and session up for showing, I had just kept her for breeding not thinking her good enough, but it might be worth giving it a try. The more dogs trying - might get one up.

Great, thanks everyone happy :) No need to go to any special effort - I just was curious to see if there were others that were heading towards a title. I will use him again at some point, so there's plenty of time happy :)

Congratulations on a very nice boy -- you are way past me in male pups. My highest male is only 93.15.

I've had terrible luck with litters lately - probably 10 or more where none have been worthy of showing. No doubt my luck will change soon, but it's quite tedious without successful litters!

Analeyn -- I know just how you are feeling!

I have bred one really good pup in the last 20 days, nine days ago, and have FH a lot of pups (I am glad I got her). I have managed to get some useful breeding stock though, which will hopefully help down the track.

Def nice pup Lycaons.

And yes, Im forever homing a lot of litters myself lately. Have gotten a few middling pups good enough for breeding, but nothing spectacular for the show ring in at least a few weeks.

I have FHed a lot of puppies. I am looking for something specific in a puppy and none are doing it for me. I am glad that the boy I just sold will be coming back to be used as a stud, hopefully I can enhance some lines with him in due time.

I'm sure that everyone knows, but just as a reminder - I have a basic kennel, Revelstone, which I use to hold studs in that I can no longer make room for in Analeyn. You'll see that there are 3 or so Analeyn studs up from this kennel for $25. happy :)

Guys, Im being biten by the keeshond bug again. I grew up in a conformation/obedience showing and breeding keeshond family. My husband doesnt want one. But I miss the breed sooo badly. A few times a year, I start looking up local breeders and daydreaming. Sigh. The only thing keeping me from going to find one is that my daughter has a pending service dog application and we can't get any other pets until its approved or not. ::sigh::

On that note, apparently there was a big, 100-200 (I think) Keeshond rescue in NY state in December. I think they're still looking for rescue homes...just sayin...

And the teeniest little brag - Get Lucky finished his Ch tonight and he's not even fully sessioned across the board yet. I think Im gonna keep campaigning him. And yes, he'll be up for stud in 8 days. He's got Slenderman and House of Cards both in his pedigree...

Congratulations Gypsy happy :)

Very well done to get him finished before fully sessioned.

I have got 1 point left to go to get Butterfly Wing's Grand title. Fingers crossed she gets there soon, so she can become a full time mum.
Hmmmm, your boy might just make a good mate for her too.

I like that he is wolfgray and black, I only have three in my kennel of that colour

Yeah, I was thrilled he was wolfgray! Whenever I see one of them, I always send a little mental thanks to Laurel Manor for bringing the color back. I miss them, I was sad they stopped playing again. And ty. Goodluck getting your girl's GCh! Only a matter of time happy :)
