Haha, I was typing a post about how I was confused that Overly Slender didnt get an GCh points for tonight when I went to go look at her page and saw that she did. Show results were in, but pts hadnt been awarded when I first checked. D'oh! I need to go to bed. But only 2 more GCh pts! This bitch has exceeded my wildest expectations. I didnt even think she'd be all that competitive given her SOP. But the stats apparently make up for it!

Does anyone know Rensvik? Says theyve posted on this thread on their page (and Im not looking through 400+ posts for the name!). Are they someone's other kennel...or perhaps our mystery poster?

Thanks everyone! I did notice the #1 Non-Sporting rank but not the all-breeds happy :) Well done to all kennels who have had dogs win in group lately! The show results for Kees are just getting better happy :)

That Wilfredo Feaster friggen loves Keeshonds. He gave Interstellar that third in show, I had a show placing under him as well. I really feel like when Keeshonds finally take a BiS, it will be under him.

Sorry Gypsy ---- but a little devil crept into my mind and took over, couldn't resist him *lol*
I have been thinking we need a thread in the Buhund forum --- but thought that being a newcomer to the breed I might be treading on toes if I start one - what do you think?

Congrats to Analeyn on your successes with Interstellar, he is doing very well all round.

Looking back through the posts I realize I have been remiss in not welcoming Lycaons --- Welcome to Keesies!!

Keesies might get a best in show from W. Feaster ---- if one of our dogs can beat that Sealyham Terrier who keeps getting BIS under him.

That Sealyham. One of that breed totally stole a BiS out from under Analyen a while back. Analeyn was robbed! Winterheart has some nice entries in the next W.Feaster judged show, so fingers crossed!

And yeah, Im getting kinda annoyed with Buhunds already cause of the lack of..well.. this. HA. I say one of us should do it, even if it turns out we're only talking to each other!

I will have to enter some dogs under Wildfredo once I have something to show lol hopefully one of us can pull it off and away from the Sealyham.

Under the latest topics page there are a few other breed threads started but none as great as ours. I read through the one and there were some interesting ideas. One person suggested a brood swap. Where once one user is done with a broodie they put her up for sale for $50 or $100 and someone else buys her and breeds her, if she is still producing nicely they can put her up for sale or FH her and put a new broodie up for sale. They figure it will generate lower COI and possibly some cash flow between the kennels in the breed. Thoughts on something like this?

I don't think we need this, but I thought it would be an interesting discussion topic.

Spyte -- An interesting concept and could be very useful if we do find the COIs starting to go up. I think it is worth keeping in mind, at the least. I would be interested also in what other breeders think.

I think it could be interesting even if we don't have a COI problem. I don't think we need it, but if we wanted to experiment with it I'm all for it.

I think it would be fun to see what other breeders consider the best stud for said broodie. I know my opinion is different than yours and so on. Could be a fun little experiment amongst the bunch.

Did you know?
The largest and most prestigious dog show in America is the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, was established in 1877 and is held annually at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
