I think ... I have my first Bronze merit for my girl Star of Venus. If I read it correctly she has to whelp 5 Champions, and Epsilon Indi has just become her fifth.

I have to admit to a little bit of show stacking, but him being only 95.15 in SOP - he needed a bit of help *lol*.

Don't know how long it takes to come through.

Congrats to Analeyn for another BIS happy :)

I have my fingers crossed for my newest Buhund in my other kennel, I keep getting show placings (up to 2nd) for them under Alexander Crossland. Hoping he soon goes one step further for me and I finally can get my first BIS with them.

Having another run of low SS again. The pick of the pups from the latest litter - 18.3 SS, but lovely traits.

Haven't read up for a while, thanks for the congrats happy :)

Thanks for putting your boy up Gypsy.

How is the puppy business going for everyone else? I seem to have hit a stagnant time. My best traited pups have arrived with low SS shine, and the rest are under 95.60 or down right pet quality *lol*.

Ive had a couple of low ss litters lately, but have been getting enough decent prospects that Im reasonably satisfied. Many of my 95.6 and up studs and bitches are coming up on 30 days so Im looking forward to seeing what I get soon!

I do so wish *lol*. I have two bitches over 95.55 older that 7 days, and 3 boys over 95.55 older than 7 days. The bulk of my stock is between 95.30 and 95.55. Although I rather think I am still better off than some breeders.

Might have to have a bit of a clean out soon.

In a rut here, low SS in quite a few litters. My overall "average" SOP isn't as high as a lot of you, but I'm still plugging along!

It's a fun breed to be in, even in the stagnant times!

Did you guys happen to see that Feaster is judging the world cup this month? Might we see a keeshond BiS at the SDWC?? I mean odds would be better if it was Eubanks, but not outside the realm of possibility with Feaster.

Also, FYI, added some payouts for the specialty I sponsored coming up soon...Would have added some for tonight's specialty as well but was too late.

Thanks for the offer Gypsy, if you have someone to part with, I'd like to give a new girl a try. If nothing else, add some diversity into my kennel (and of course, the last time I bought a brood bitch from you, I got my best pup in the first set of pups I had after she got here, even though they weren't from her!)

I did get a couple of 95.6's in my last set of pups, which is higher than my average.

And See The Action finally got his GCH!

So I'm like the worst SDer ever. I have neglected my kennel. I do session daily and what not but haven't been breeding enough. I do have an upcoming bitch to show, hopefully I can get back on track. Thank you everyone for understanding and helping me get back to the breed!

Did you know?
In the American Kennel Club, a dog needs 15 points to become a Champion, with each win gaining anywhere from zero to five points depending on the number of dogs competing and the area where the show is held.
